How do I know the status of coupon redemptions?


The active coupons feature allows you to look at the coupon redeem information. Tier2 customers can look at past 3 months redeem history by using the account report feature.

Do I have access to reports of my coupons?


Tier2 customers can look at past 3 months redeem history by using the account report feature.

Do I have access to my payment history?


Tier2 customers can look at past 3 months payment history by using the account report feature. Retailers(Tier1 and Tier 2) can also go into their paypal account to look at their transaction history.

What is the difference between livingethnic and other similar coupon companies?

What is the difference between the Livingethnic App and the Livingethnic Retailer Website?


Livingethnic App: The mobile app is for end users and not retailers. Our Mobile Apps are native Apps that can be downloaded and installed on your compatible mobile device which will allow you to redeem the coupons from your favorite neighborhood ethnic retailer.

What are the differences between Tier1 and Tier2 accounts?


Why do I have to wait for my account to be verified before I can start using livingethnic?


We take security of our application seriously. Providing accurate and verified information is our top priority and hence we verify the registration before we activate your account.

Can I access livingethnic retailer account on my phone or tablet?


Our web application works on most smart devices.

Why do I have to provide my social network account (facebook, Twitter, Google)?


Security of our retailer account is top most priority for us. We also understand that most of our retailers have a social presence and have a social network account. In order to make our service access easier for retailers we allow you to login with your social account. It is our recommendation that you enable 2 factor authentication for your social accounts for added security.

What should I do if I do not have social network account (facebook, Twitter, Google)?


Please register with the above social providers to receive an account. It takes less than a minute to register.

Why there is a delay in publishing my coupon if I enter a description?


We take security of our application seriously. Providing accurate and verified information is our top priority and hence we scan for offensive content before submitting this to the end users.

Why should I choose a target to publish my coupons?


Targeting your marketing efforts provides more bang for your buck. Based on their demographics, interests or previous redeem history, your business can directly target them to allure customers who may not be visiting your store or target them during special occasions that are specific to a community of users.

What is push notification?


This unique feature allows retailers to target customers based on their geolocation. Retailers can leverage this feature to quickly reach customers who are present within few miles around their store at any given moment and target them to shop at their store with a click of a button.

What does system recommendations mean?


Livingethnic uses state of art analytics to increase traffic to your stores. When our analytics find a specific set of users that you should send offers to, we send a system recommendation. You can leverage these recommendations to publish coupons.

How can I change my retailer logo?


Some information on your account such as store timings, category, ethinic community can be changed by going to your account profile. In order to prevent posting of offensive content we control changes to other attributes such as logo. I have multiple branches, can I use single account to publish offers for multiple branches?


All the features such as targeted offers, push notifications, system recommendations are based on your address. If you have multiple branches, we suggest opening multiple accounts with us.
